Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as browser storage and SDKs) that Nomu uses, and the choices you have. It works together with our Privacy Policy.
What these technologies are
Cookies and similar storage let a site remember information about your visit — for example to keep you signed in, or to understand how the product is used.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary — sign-in and session, security and abuse prevention, and rate limiting. These are always on because the app cannot work without them, and they do not require consent.
- Analytics and performance — product analytics and session replay that help us understand and improve how Nomu is used. These are switched on only with your consent where consent is required.
- Error monitoring — diagnostics that help us detect and fix problems.
- Preferences — remembering choices such as your theme.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other sites for advertising.
Session replay
Our analytics include session replay, which records interactions (such as clicks and navigation) so we can find and fix usability problems. Text you type into form fields is masked, and session replay runs only with your consent where consent is required.
Your choices
In regions where consent is required (such as the EU, EEA, and UK), we ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies or session replay are enabled, and analytics stay off until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Manage cookies" control in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and we honour "Do Not Track" signals where applicable. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the app working.
Third parties
The non-essential categories above are provided by third-party processors (by category: analytics and error monitoring). See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data and international transfers.
Retention
Cookies last for different periods — some expire when you close your browser, others persist so we can remember you and your choices. Your consent choice is itself stored so we do not have to ask on every visit.
Changes
If we change the technologies we use, we will update this policy.
