Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Nomu subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. It works together with our Terms of Use.

Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will give you reasonable notice before any price change.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not delete your account or your data.

Refunds

Except where the law requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not refund partial or unused periods. We may choose to give a refund at our discretion, but we are not obliged to. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital services this right is lost once the service has begun, where you have expressly asked us to start immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw — which we ask you to confirm at checkout. If the service has not yet begun, you may withdraw within 14 days for a refund.

Trials

You are not charged during a trial. If your trial converts to a paid subscription, billing begins at the end of the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Purchases through an app store

If you subscribe through a mobile app store (such as Apple's App Store or Google Play), refunds are handled by that store under its own rules. Please request any refund directly from the store, not from us.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry for a short grace period. If payment still fails, your subscription is cancelled and your account moves to the free tier.
